Here we report the findings (see attachment) from our client’s satisfaction survey conducted between February and August 2017. During that time, 70 clients answered questions about received services and their expectations of new services. The survey provided good news. In general, Cempa Community Cares, formerly Chattanooga CARES, continue to be satisfied with their overall performance.
A comparison of the survey results 2017 to the achieved goals in 2018 showed that we listed to our clients’ problems and needs, and identified potential improvements and implemented new services like the syringe exchange program.
Cempa Community Cares will not rest on its accomplishments. To continue identifying potential improvements, we need your help, we are going to implement another client’s satisfaction surveys in May 2018 to focus on your experience with your clinic visits and your satisfaction with your provider.
